Andrew Heffernan, CFO. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Mr Heffernan was an Audit Manager with Grant Thornton from 1991 - 1996, mainly handling media clients. From 1996-2001 Mr Heffernan was a self-employed consultant retained by a number of Film and Television Production clients. In 2001 Mr Heffernan went back to Grant Thornton with the specific brief of building its media and entertainment practice in its chosen fields of Film, Television and Computer Games with responsibilities spanning corporate finance, consultancy and audit. Mr Heffernan regularly speaks at media finance seminars and recently co-published a survey entitled "What do we tell the shareholders?" relating to media accounting policies. |

Ajay Mavinkurve, Group Financial Controller, a Chartered Accountant with over 17 years of financial consulting experience, as Director Sunbeam Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd. Have advised and associated with diversified Corporate, having wide experience in project management, IPOs, fund raising , corporate structuring & advisory, M&A and private equity deals, and assisted in Eros Group structuring & AIM listing, oversees the treasury, finance and accounting portfolio of the group since 4 years, and part of the key management team. |

Kamal Jain, 39 years, is our Group Chief Financial Officer-India. He is a chartered accountant with 17 years of professional experience in varied industries such as media and entertainment, cement, chemical, shipping and SAP consulting. He is proficient in business and financial strategies, business process re-engineering, US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley implementations, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and other funds raising activities. Prior to joining us, he was working with DNA, an Essel and Bhaskar group joint venture. He has earlier worked with Percept Group and the Swiss multinational Ciba Specialty. He joined our Company on May 4, 2010, with effect from May 3, 2010. |

Jamie Kirkwood, 37 years, is Head of IR and Special Projects. Mr Kirkwood began his career 14 years ago at Credit Suisse First Boston in London and New York in Telecoms corporate finance. He then joined Morgan Stanley in equity capital markets working on equity related transactions. This included the landmark transactions of Telia IPO privatisation US$8.3 BN, and the IPO spin off of Orange from France Telecom US$5.8BN. He has worked on over ten IPO's and 15 secondary and secondary related transactions. He then moved to Lehman Brothers and became a principle in the establishment of their UK private client services business. In 2004 then re-joined Credit Suisse where he was a principle in the private banking division focussed on ultra high net individual and family offices. Mr Kirkwood then set up a consultancy in LA in 2006 which focussed on capital raising for media and film businesses. He joined Eros International in 2009. Mr Kirkwood has a degree in International business and economics from the European Business School, London. |

Ken Naz, President of Americas, Ken has over 30 years experience in film distribution & exhibition business. His family came to Canada early 1970's and operated a Indian film distribution as well as exhibition business. Ken did his business Education at a Toronto University and joined Cineplex Odeon Cinemas in business development. He then joined a company "A Theater Near You" as head of operations. Ken joined Eros in 1996 and was instrumental in setting up the US operations office to service USA, Canada & other parts of North & South America. |

Nandu Ahuja, 48 years, is our Senior Vice President (India Theatrical). He graduated with a bachelors' degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. He has a total work experience of approximately 29 years and also manages his family business in Entertainment since last 35 years. He has distributed over close to 100 films for Mumbai circuit including films for Percept Picture Company & Sahara One. Joined M/s. Adlabs Films Ltd in October 2006 as India Distribution Head and have distributed close to 15 films in a period of 1 year and set up Delhi, UP, Punjab & Mumbai Distribution offices for Adlabs. Subsequent to that joined M/s. Balaji Motion Pictures Ltd in November 2007 as C.O.O and have looked into the Production Co-Production & Project Development of films. Mr. Ahuja is a committee member of I.M.P.D.A. (Indian Motion Pictures Distributors Association) Mumbai. He joined Eros International in 2009. Mr. Ahuja has a good knowledge of ratio for selling films for all India territory including home video, audio rights satellite & overseas. |

Kumar Ahuja, 31 years, is our Senior Vice President (Business Development). He has approximately 11 years of work experience in Media & Entertainment industry. He looks after strategic alliances & Syndication deals in various markets like Middle East, Europe, India, Far East, Russia & CIS and represents us in all International film festivals and also manages our digital initiatives in the above markets. Apart from this he has been a Head of New Media for past 11 years. He joined Eros International in 1999 and has completed his college from MMK university in Mumbai. |

Pranab Kapadia, 38. President of Marketing & Distribution. Pranab gained extensive experience of managing the Operations, Programming & Film Distribution Division of Zee Network in Europe and later as Business Head of Adlabs Films (UK) Ltd, has give him a tremendous insight into developing technical solutions with minimum costs in order to keep entry barriers low for the price sensitive Asian customer. Having managed the content too for all Zee Network channels, he commands a strong hold over the entertainment needs of Asians internationally. Pranab has a Master of Management Studies from Bombay University (India) majoring in Finance with 13 years experience in Operations, Programming and Distribution areas of entertainment software creation, broadcast and reach to end consumer. |

Rajesh Bahl, As the Chief Operating Officer of Eros Digital Group, he leads the company's foray into the digital space. Rajesh has been instrumental in implementing the overall go-to-market strategies and simultaneously work towards consolidating Eros' current efforts and position in the digital realm. Apart from devising the decisive monetizing approach and leading the team to execute the same, he is also focused on developing new products and services for a global roll out to expand its customer base. In addition, Rajesh is also driving the digitization process and the Digital Asset Management platform deployment which will help the company to move from the mixed environment of storage, manual workflows and delivery to a scalable and extensible digital file-based technology setting. This is aimed at making Eros continuously and efficiently monetize their vast library of assets, while partaking in the value creation process of the company by creating new original content, to be distributed across digital platforms. Rajesh Bahl has over 13 years of solid experience in the Media & Entertainment industry and has worked with media conglomerates like Star India Pvt. Ltd, Universal Music Group & Sony Music Entertainment in key senior positions. |

Ricky Ghai (51) is our Chief Executive officer of our global digital businesses. With over 27 years of international broadcast and business development experience, Ghai's mandate at Eros is to spearhead the company across all aspects of digital and innovative development and is responsible for both global digital strategy, partnerships and ventures.
His early training in entertainment started at the BBC where he quickly rose through the ranks from film editing to content acquisition and business development. Ricky has a comprehensive knowledge of the complexities of new media markets, distribution and channel programming; he has worked extensively with US film studios and UK broadcasters as well as international content creators and distributors.
Ricky's past senior positions include Director of Programming for TV3 Sweden, EVP of Programming for Orbit (Rome), CEO of ARA Programming & Distribution (Subsidiary of MBC), Director of Programming BT Vision and Executive Director of ADMC.
In 2009 Ricky was instrumental in the digital investment strategy of ADMC and the subsequent investment in VEVO LLC. Ricky has also served on several boards including VEVO until 2011.

Charles Darby, Creative Director / Founder and CEO. He is an internationally renowned award winning Visual Effects Supervisor with decades of experience on Hollywood hits like Titanic, Harry Potter and Minority Report among several others. Charles' trendsetting work as a leading luminary in visual story telling was appreciated by none other than the likes of James Cameron (Avatar, Titanic), Luc Besson (The Fifth Element) and Janusz Kaminski (Minority Report, Jerry Maguire) and Michael Bay (Transformers, Pearl Harbor) to name a few. With over 45 feature films under his belt, Charles Darby has created some of the most memorable visual effects in modern cinema for movies like "Armageddon", "The Fifth Element", "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" to name just a few. Charles was awarded an Emmy for his work on HBO's "Rome" in 2006. His aim with EyeQube is to build a Hollywood style effects house, employing its methods and proven pipelines within a world class company in India. In 2010 he and EyeQube won the IIFA Award for "Aladin" amongst other awards in 2010. |
