In October 2007, the Group completed the acquisition of a 51% interest in Ayngaran who are the leading players in Tamil film content and distribution with a 20 year old track record and a dominant market share in the industry with a catalogue of over 600 films including "Alaipayuthey", "Kandukondain Kandukondain". Group's investment is intended to accelerate Ayngaran's growth and consolidation of the Tamil film market, which is one of the booming film segments in India after Hindi films. Internationally, Tamil films have a huge market in UK, USA, Canada, France, Germany, Norway, Switzerland, Malaysia, Singapore, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Australia and the United Arab Emirates.

EYEQUBE
 In 2007, The Group created EyeQube, a state-of-the-art visual effects studio in Mumbai in collaboration with internationally renowned visual effects expert Charles Darby, who is one of the pioneers of digital matte paintings and has been associated with more than 45 films in the last 13 years. Darby's work includes Academy and BAFTA award-winning work on films such as Titanic, The Matrix, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, The Fifth Element, Minority Report and Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaba.
In 2010, EyeQube's operations continue to expand. During the year EyeQube's work on Veer and Aladin was critically acclaimed and the company has now expanded into work on Hollywood films and other Indian regional language films like Madras Patnam.
